Great to meet you!

Native Texan here! I offer virtual therapy throughout Texas and in-person sessions in the Katy, Texas area of Houston, specifically located at 1325 Main St., Suite 1503, Katy, TX 77494 (https://katymosaic.com/)

I specialize in relational therapy, neurodivergent-affirming support for individuals and couples, and ADHD and Executive Function Skills Coaching. I also have extensive interest and experience in helping individuals navigate generational trauma, multicultural exploration, family-of-origin challenges, parentification, attachment patterns, and complex family dynamics.

My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Houston. I received my Master of Science in Early Childhood Education & Master of Science in Counseling at the University of Houston (Clear Lake). I have 11 years of experience spanning across both Houston & Austin, Texas in various areas that include school districts, juvenile detention centers, inpatient/outpatient hospitals, community health, group practice, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, solution-focused, strengths-based, and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With training in Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2, ADHD, and experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and couples, I help clients deepen self-awareness, recognize unhelpful patterns, and strengthen skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal communication. Together, we develop practical, personalized strategies that foster resilience, healthier relationships, and meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Through our collaborative work, clients build resilience and learn to become more comfortable with discomfort. Sessions move at each client's pace, honoring their emotional readiness, openness to change, and capacity for acceptance. Therapy welcomes a full range of emotions while creating space for humor, connection, and even a little fun along the way.
