Great to meet you!
Behavioral health leader and licensed mental health clinician with 25+ years of senior leadership experience across outpatient services, psychiatric emergency services, and community-based crisis systems. Proven expertise in clinical operations, crisis stabilization, psychiatric triage, and system-wide care coordination.
I bring a dual perspective that bridges direct clinical practice and executive leadership, with deep experience serving children, adolescents, adults, and families across diverse and high-acuity populations.
Clinical specialties include ADHD/ADD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, ODD, learning disabilities, and family systems. My clinical framework integrates evidence-based modalities (CBT and mindfulness) within a holistic, outcomes-driven model of care.
For 18 years, I served as Program Director for the Lawrence, Lowell, and Boston Psychiatric Emergency Services Teams, providing operational and clinical oversight for psychiatric triage, crisis intervention, and systems mobilization. In this role, I partnered with hospitals, emergency departments, state agencies, law enforcement, and community providers to support rapid stabilization, reduce unnecessary inpatient utilization, and improve continuity of care.
My leadership approach emphasizes clinical quality, staff development, accountability, and adaptive problem-solving within complex behavioral health environments. I am experienced in aligning multidisciplinary teams, navigating regulatory and payer systems, and implementing sustainable models that improve both patient outcomes and organizational performance.
I am particularly interested in roles focused on behavioral health leadership, program development, clinical oversight, and system transformation.
