Great to meet you!

Parents, couples, and families are my typical clients, but even with individuals we often find ourselves working through those issues that were buried within during childhood - or bring new insights and approaches to the family in the here and now because that is where our change and healing often happen.

My approach to therapy

I am what is called an "eclectic" therapist, but like to say it means "we're going to get where you want to go - your way." I am not afraid of anything you might bring. I will try to bring laughter and am not afraid to cry.

What you can expect from me

I won't make you wait: "feelings are real". I will meet you wherever you are and respect whatever you feel and believe - and we will work together to help you see when and how you can take control of those feelings.
