Great to meet you!

I have over 30 years experience working with adults experiencing life challenges. I keep my practice small to ensure each of my patients feel connected, heard, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients who may be struggling with substance use, anxiety, trauma or relationship issues related to family, work or friends. During the initial sessions we will develop report, identify potential barriers and develop tools and techniques to support sustained progress. Most clients begin to experience decreased symptoms within the first month and sustained change over time.

What you can expect from me

I bring an eclectic approach using the first couple sessions to get to know you. From here l will tailor my approach pulling from a variety of modalities to best meet your specific needs. We will work collaboratively at a speed determined by you on areas you want to focus on. We will identify areas you are strong and tools to support strength in areas of growth.
