Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Thomas—Tom works too! My goal is to help you overcome life’s challenges and reconnect with your most authentic self. Are you struggling to feel fulfilled, create meaningful connections, or adjust to life transitions? Is it difficult to overcome the stress, anxiety, and sadness you might be experiencing? These struggles are hard to face alone—but you don’t have to anymore. I’m here to help. Let's work together to find your inner strength, wisdom, and healing to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My focus will be to first understand you and establish a connection with you. Next, we will focus on introducing you to yourself, at your own pace. Periodically, I will challenge you to think about yourself in new ways and to reconnect with hidden parts of yourself. Connecting with these hidden parts will help you channel your inner healing.

What you can expect from me

In the first few sessions, I will spend time reviewing your history, identifying connections between past and present experiences, and helping you slowly start to identify what is holding you back.
