Great to meet you!

Feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed can make reaching out for help feel like one more thing to carry. Beginning therapy takes courage, and you do not have to navigate it alone. We can start exactly where you are—making sense of what feels difficult and moving forward one step at a time. You bring your lived experience; I bring support, structure, and evidence-based tools to help. Together, we will work toward greater stability, clearer understanding, and a life that feels more aligned with what matters to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded. I help clients stuck in anxious loops, overwhelmed by stress, or impacted by trauma. I use evidence-based methods. We’ll choose ACT, IFS, EMDR, and biofeedback based on what fits you and your goals. The focus is practical: build clarity, strengthen emotional flexibility, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me can expect a therapy process grounded in understanding, respect, and collaboration. My intention is to create a supportive experience that honors your individual story and is tailored to your specific needs and goals. In our first session, we will explore what brings you in, what you would like to change, and what the process may look like moving forward. If you feel ready to begin, I welcome you to reach out to request a free consultation.
