Great to meet you!

Reaching out can make anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling stuck seem even bigger — and beginning therapy often takes real courage. My hope is to help in this process by starting exactly where you are, making sense of what feels difficult and moving forward at a pace that works for you. You bring your lived experience; I bring support, structure, and evidence-based tools to help. Together, we will work toward greater stability, clearer understanding, and a life that feels more aligned with what matters to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded. I work with clients caught in anxious loops, overwhelmed by stress, or carrying the impact of trauma. Together, we will draw on approaches like CBT, IFS-informed parts work, EMDR, and biofeedback. I also utilize assistive technologies such as HeartMath HRV, used by healthcare, corporate, and military organizations for nervous system regulation. The focus is practical: build clarity, strengthen emotional flexibility, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Working together means building a process grounded in understanding, respect, and mutual trust. My intention is to create a supportive space tailored to your perspective, needs, and goals. In our first session, we'll explore what brings you in, what you'd like to change, and what the process may look like moving forward. If you feel ready to begin, I welcome you to reach out to request a free consultation.
