Great to meet you!

I help people overcome Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Religious Trauma, and Grief through expert online counseling that is rooted in the science of mental health. I want to help you laugh again, recover your motivation, and overcome those barriers that prevent you from living your best life. I take the time to genuinely connect with my clients, and, through the use of evidence-based treatments, I have helped hundreds of people just like you recover their quality of living.

My approach to therapy

I have been trained to provide cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. Currently, these are the leading evidence-based treatments in the field. In addition, I have been trained in numerous trauma methodologies, including cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused grief.

What you can expect from me

Over the past decade, I have worked with adolescents, children, adults, military veterans, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and adult survivors of childhood abuse. There are few things that I am more passionate about than seeing recovery in my clients.

As a therapist, I have earned the commendation of some of the most recognized mental health leaders throughout Florida, including the former president of the American Mental Health Counseling Association, Dr. Stephen Giunta.
