Great to meet you!

I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based tools. As an openly gay therapist, I offer a uniquely affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients while welcoming individuals of all backgrounds. With experience in both community mental health and private practice, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the diverse challenges people face. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions to fit your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw primarily from evidence-based models like CBT, DBT, and ACT; not as rigid protocols, but as flexible tools. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I integrate these approaches to build a personalized toolkit just for you, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, or simply seeking a richer, more meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you'll find a space where you can feel heard, validated, and gently challenged. You'll leave not only with practical strategies to navigate daily life, but also with a deeper sense of resilience and self-understanding. My goal is to help you move beyond symptom management; toward a life that feels authentic, purposeful, and aligned with your values. Together, we'll work toward the day when you become your own most effective supporter.
