Great to meet you!

My background is multifaceted. As a Division 1 student-athlete at Boston University and while pursuing professional dreams, my path shifted to conflict resolution and earning a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University. Using evidence-based interventions, I support students (and student-athletes) from elementary through adulthood, fostering social-emotional growth and empowering adults to guide them. Your healing journey starts with my unique approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in empathy and experience, committed to your well-being. I’ve walked the path of chasing dreams, facing twists, and embracing new beginnings. I focus on truly listening – celebrating accomplishments and navigating challenges. Together, we’ll embark on a transformative journey, where your story takes center stage, supported by compassionate guidance for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive space where their experiences are validated and their unique needs are prioritized. I understand the courage it takes to seek therapy, and I’m here to tailor our approach to fit you because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Drawing from my own journey of personal growth, I’ll help you develop mental resilience, enhance emotional regulation, and find calm amidst life’s challenges. You’re not alone—let me support you every step of the way.
