Great to meet you!
Welcome! Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I'm glad you're here.
I’m here to create a space where you feel truly heard, where you can be yourself without feeling like you have to hide anything, and where healing can truly begin. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life changes, or questions about your faith, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, develop useful tools for change, and uncover the strengths you might not realize you have.
I have been a licensed mental health therapist for more than 30 years, helping individuals and couples navigate individual and relationship difficulties, including emotional regulation, worry, grief, life transitions, and questions of meaning and purpose. I also have extensive experience working with court-involved clients and individuals facing complex behavioral challenges, although much of my practice focuses on the everyday struggles that affect all of us.
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable talking with me because they don't feel judged. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe the best therapy happens in the context of a genuine relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, ask difficult questions, and where change occurs naturally. For those who desire it, I'm also comfortable integrating Christian faith into the counseling process. My goal is never to impose beliefs but to thoughtfully incorporate your spiritual values as one part of your whole-person and healing. Whether you're seeking relief from emotional or physical pain, or want greater resilience, healthier relationships, or simply need a place to be heard, I would be honored to walk alongside you
