Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed by fear, anger, or the traumatic incidents you’ve faced on the job? For military personnel, first responders, and anyone fighting addiction, it's easy to feel lost, confused, and unsure where to turn for peace. You're constantly dealing with the unknown, and this leaves many feeling isolated. My ideal client is ready to acknowledge the fight, find solutions, and reclaim control. We'll focus on rebuilding the instincts and internal strength you already possess to overcome these hardships.

My approach to therapy

As a former Navy SEAL, I understand the unique pressure of life-or-death roles, trauma, addiction, and difficult transitions. My specialty is a straightforward, results-oriented approach for military, first responders, and those battling addiction. I focus on quickly addressing anxiety, stress, and traumatic incidents. My primary modality is CBT.

What you can expect from me

I begin every initial session by stating: "I'm not asking you to trust me, what I am asking for is the opportunity to earn your trust." Taking the first step requires courage, and I respect the commitment you are making. If you're ready to stop feeling lost & start forging a path to healing & resilience, reach out. We will work together, with integrity! I'd be honored to be in your corner :)
