Great to meet you!

Are you feeling burnt out, disconnected from your purpose, or struggling to navigate a difficult life transition? It is exhausting to feel like you've lost your spark or to feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is to help you get to the root of your challenges and rediscover the clarity, passion, and confidence you need to move forward.

When we work together, you are stepping into a warm, grounded space where your individual journey is met with deep respect and collaboration. We will work together on a personalized path that honors your mind, body, and spirit—moving beyond surface-level fixes so you can build lasting emotional resilience, reconnect with your authentic self, and advance confidently in the direction of your dreams.

My approach to therapy

Therapy works best when we address the whole person rather than putting a temporary band-aid on isolated symptoms. My approach is warm, grounded, and integrative—designed to cultivate genuine body, mind, and spiritual wholeness while giving you practical, real-world tools for everyday life.

Drawing from depth and Jungian psychology, we will look beneath the surface to uncover the root causes, unresolved conflicts, and emotional patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Rather than keeping things abstract, we demystify this process so you can make sense of your inner world, reconnect with your authentic values, and gain lasting clarity about who you are.

True healing also requires physiological and emotional regulation in the present moment. I weave together evidence-based strategies from Integrative Behavioral Health (IBH), mindfulness-based practices, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This integrative model provides you with concrete skills to calm nervous system reactivity, increase distress tolerance, and practice somatic and mental grounding. You will leave our work not only with deep self-awareness, but with tangible practices to navigate life’s stressors and advance confidently in the direction of your goals.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you can expect a collaborative, non-judgmental partnership where you are treated as the expert on your own life. I do not analyze you from a detached distance; we work side-by-side to understand what is happening beneath the surface and build a clear, intentional path forward.

In our work together, you can count on:

  • A grounded, supportive space: A secure environment where you can speak candidly about your struggles, identity, and goals without feeling rushed, judged, or misunderstood.
  • Practical takeaways from day one: You won’t just talk about problems; you will leave sessions with tangible practices—whether that is an Integrative Behavioral Health (IBH) habit, a mindfulness grounding exercise to calm your nervous system, or a DBT skill for managing difficult emotions and relationships.
  • A balance of deep insight and real-world momentum: We balance understanding the roots of your challenges with taking concrete steps toward personal growth, emotional resilience, and body-mind-spirit alignment.

You can expect to walk away from our sessions feeling heard, more centered in yourself, and equipped with the confidence and practical tools needed to navigate life's transitions.
