Great to meet you!

  1. Are you hurting, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, scared, or lost? It can be hard to see sometimes, but you have what it takes to make powerful changes, to create your own pathway to health and well-being. Whether it is anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment to change, relationship problems, or other issues, we can work toward resolution and a greater sense of peace.
  2. I have been a licensed counselor for more than twenty five years and have helped clients of all ages, backgrounds, and circumstances. I have an eclectic and nonjudgmental approach and my goal is to unconditionally support you throughout this process. You are not here by mistake. There is no better time to begin taking steps to improve your life situation.
  3. I am licensed in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida and my counseling practice is entirely online (video and phone). My hours are Monday through Friday, with first appointments starting at 9 AM and last appointments at 5 PM. I use the first session to get to know you better, and from there we can address your issues together.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach that I adapt to each person individually. I actively listen with empathy and unconditional acceptance, provide a balance between the cognitive and emotional realms, and maintain a positive and motivational outlook.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other, learning more about your issues, and talking about your counseling goals.
