A bit about my approach to therapy

Thomas provides individual, marital, and family therapy and addresses a variety of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. His approach is rooted in Thomistic psychology and incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Thomas has completed advanced training in both couples therapy through the Gottman Relationship Institute and EMDR through Mind Works Professional Education.
