Thomas Pfister, LPC, CSAC, BC-TMH is a mental health therapist in private practice and is the owner of Most Sorrowful Mother Counseling, LLC, a telehealth counseling practice (www.mostsorrowfulmothercounseling.com). Thomas holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in both mental health and addiction, from Marquette University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in the State of Wisconsin. He is also a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH) through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC).
Thomas has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including private practice, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and school-based, with individuals and families of all ages. Additionally, Thomas has received extensive training in Thomistic psychology (the application of the philosophy of Saint Thomas Aquinas to counseling psychology), and has provided speaking engagements on mental health from a Thomistic framework.
