I am an independently licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida with more than 14 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults in outpatient and telehealth settings. My areas of expertise include anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, men's issues, stress, life transitions, existential concerns, and addiction.

Together, we'll focus on building self-esteem, strengthening relationships, establishing healthy boundaries, and improving communication through assertiveness and active listening.

My approach is warm, practical, and client-centered. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you identify obstacles, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting changes that align with your values and goals.

Your first session is a relaxed, pressure-free conversation to get to know each other.
