Great to meet you!

I’m Thomas, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, understand what you’re feeling, and begin moving forward. Whether you’re struggling with motivation, relationships, boundaries, or an important decision, we’ll focus on practical changes that fit your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I use evidence-based methods to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop manageable tools for coping, improving your mood, setting boundaries, and building greater confidence. I’ll support you at a comfortable pace while encouraging meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you hope will change, and what has felt difficult lately. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen without judgment, and work with you to identify initial goals and helpful next steps. You’ll have space to decide whether my approach feels like a good fit. If you’re ready to begin, schedule through my Headway profile.
