You are the expert of you. My task is to help you become the person you envision. I often use the Humanistic approach in my practice. This approach's focus is to help people deal with life more successfully.

What you can expect from our first session

After a session you will feel not only heard, but also listened to. My intent is to help you determine who you want to be and how to become that individual. One of my best qualities is being genuine. I do not have a poker face so if you have any questions about expressions on my face-please ask. I believe in appropriate challenges to aid in the healing process. From my experience being intentional is a crucial aspect of healing.
