Life is truly a journey of breathtaking wonder. Sometimes our journey is stymied by our less than excellent choices or by our circumstances. If addiction, a mental health issue or just poor decision making is stopping you, I'd like to help. As a Licensed Masters level Clinician trained in Psychotherapy & as an Ordained Minister, I have successfully helped folks struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, grief & loss, stage of life difficulties, marital problems and spiritual challenges.
