Great to meet you!

I am an easygoing person who has a background that is widely varied in many aspects and who enjoys easy reference to a lifetime of experience to focus on the therapeutic endeavor while increasing definition in both self and reality..

My approach to therapy

I utilize several therapeutic approaches ACT, Attachment based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to name a few. I use a Socrates approach when appropriate and I tend to be motivational as often as possible.

What you can expect from me

I use an open atmosphere with lighthearted illustrations which highlight processes without judgment. Clients should be left with a lot to think about between sessions and the relationship should be friendly, informative and usefully illuminating.
