I have worked for many years (25+)with both mental health needs and drug and alcohol issues; I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology and Masters Degree in Sociology; Specialization includes Eating disorders, Anxiety and Depressive problems, Medically related issues, and Quality of Life struggles.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral approaches, supportive psychotherapy, and many evidence based practices that have developed over the last several years. Personal centered themes are also important.
