Great to meet you!

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Solution-Focused & Cognitive Behavioral Therapist | Christian Therapist with years of Clinical Experience

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with four years of clinical experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

I work collaboratively with clients to address anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation. My approach is goal-oriented and structured while remaining warm, supportive, and client-centered. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools they can use beyond the therapy room.

As a Christian therapist, I offer faith-integrated counseling for clients who desire to incorporate their Christian beliefs into the therapeutic process. I thoughtfully integrate biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection when clinically appropriate and aligned with the client’s values, while maintaining ethical and professional standards of care. Faith-based integration is always client-led and never imposed.

I am committed to meeting clients where they are, honoring their personal values, and supporting them in moving toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being. Whether you are seeking practical strategies, deeper emotional insight, or faith-centered support, I strive to provide a safe and collaborative environment for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, solution-focused, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and create realistic, achievable goals that support meaningful change. Therapy is an active process, and I strive to provide tools clients can apply in their daily lives.

I believe in meeting clients where they are and building on their existing strengths. Sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing space for emotional processing while maintaining a forward-focused, goal-oriented direction. I emphasize empowerment, self-awareness, and accountability in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

Overall, my goal is to help clients feel heard, equipped, and supported as they work toward healing, growth, and lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. We will focus on getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying your primary concerns, goals, and hopes for treatment. I will ask questions about your current challenges, relevant history, and what has or has not worked for you in the past.

I will also explain the therapy process, confidentiality, and my approach so you know what to expect moving forward. Together, we will begin to clarify goals and explore practical strategies that may help you start feeling supported and empowered from the very beginning.

By the end of the session, clients typically leave with a clearer understanding of their concerns, a sense of direction, and an initial plan for next steps in therapy.
