Thuy is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University in 2018, then went on to finish her Master in Counseling at Arizona State University in 2020. Her clinical experience has primarily focused on working with individuals struggling with depression, family issues, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and grief. Thuy was born and raised in Viet Nam until age 13 when she came to United States. She is bilinguals Vietnamese and English. She enjoyed going being outdoor, enjoy board games, traveling, hiking and photography.

My approach to therapy

The theoretical approaches that she works with are Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness practices, IFS level one trained, and EMDR certified and EMDR Consultant in training.
