Great to meet you!

Clients should know that my style is warm, supportive, and practical. I value creating a comfortable space where you can be yourself while also working toward meaningful change. I am an active participant in the therapeutic process, so you can expect more than simply being asked, “How does that make you feel?” We will work together to understand what is getting in the way and identify strategies that can help.

I appreciate structure, honesty, and collaboration. When appropriate, I provide education, feedback, practical tools, and strategies that you can apply between sessions. This can be especially helpful if you are managing ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, health or disability-related concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of school, work, or everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and young adults who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, health or disability-related concerns, and challenges with managing the demands of everyday life. My approach is particularly well suited for individuals who understand what they need to do but struggle with organization, follow-through, motivation, stress, or putting effective strategies into practice.

With a background in psychology, psychoeducational assessment, education, and vocational planning, I bring a practical and strengths-based perspective to therapy. I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and daily functioning while developing strategies that can be applied to real-life situations.

I particularly enjoy working with college students, young adults, and professionals who are experiencing executive functioning difficulties, academic or workplace stress, life transitions, performance anxiety, or difficulty establishing routines and maintaining progress toward their goals.

My goal is to provide a supportive space that is also purposeful. Sessions are collaborative, structured, and focused on helping clients gain insight, develop practical skills, and make meaningful changes that improve their day-to-day functioning.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain practical strategies for overcoming challenges, a deeper understanding of their strengths, and increased resilience. Clients can expect to develop effective coping skills and a forward-thinking mindset, empowering them to navigate life's hurdles with confidence and optimism.
