Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping folks navigate life's challenges.

I graduated from California State University, Chico and I have extensive background working in community mental health settings with people across the lifespan.

My practice focuses on supporting those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and perinatal mood disorders, and I'm a certified perinatal mental health practitioner (PMH-C), bringing specialized training to support parents during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting years.

My approach is collaborative, solutions oriented, and grounded in evidence-based methods to help you build the skills you need to thrive!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions Focused Therapy, mindfulness practices, and other evidenced based approaches. My philosophy is that I know a lot about therapy, but you are an expert on you. Together, we will find what works best to help you achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We can talk about who you are and what you are hoping to get from your therapy experience. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. If we decide that we would like to continue working together, I will gather additional information in our future sessions so that we can create more detailed goals for treatment.
