Great to meet you!

My name is Tia Hardesty and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of experience providing comprehensive mental health and addiction care to adolescents, adults, and older adults.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatric services, emergency hospitalization services, and outpatient care.

Our practices areas of expertise include the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorders, OCD, and other psychiatric conditions.

Our practice also specializes in addiction treatment and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), utilizing evidence-based medications such as Suboxone®, Sublocade®, naltrexone, and Vivitrol®, among others. We also have extensive experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, recognizing the importance of addressing both simultaneously to support meaningful and lasting recovery.

My approach to therapy

My clinical focus includes mental health and addiction, with an emphasis on understanding each individual’s unique experiences, goals, and needs. I will always include a collaborative, patient-centered approach, working closely with you to develop individualized treatment plans that support healing, stability, and long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

With a strong commitment to reducing stigma and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment, I truly believe that effective mental health care begins with listening, building trust, and partnering with patients throughout their treatment journey.
