Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in college counseling. I work with adolescents, college students, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and concerns related to self-esteem. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and a strengths-based perspective, and I value creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel both emotionally supported and equipped with practical tools.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and goal-oriented. I draw primarily from Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT-informed skills, and CPT, all within a person-centered and trauma-informed framework. I work closely with clients to identify what’s most important to them and tailor therapy to their unique needs, values, and goals. I aim to balance warmth and validation with structure and intention, so sessions feel both supportive and productive.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we focus on getting to know one another and clarifying what brought them to therapy. We’ll talk about current concerns, goals for therapy, and what has or hasn’t been helpful in the past. I’ll also explain my approach and answer any questions so clients know what to expect moving forward. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
