Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with teens and adults, and I often support people navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, attachment wounds, life transitions, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and questions of identity. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I’ll meet you where you are, bring curiosity and honesty to our work, and help you build greater self-understanding, confidence, and trust in yourself. Therapy is a space to explore what’s been difficult while also recognizing the strengths and possibilities you bring with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and attachment-informed. I pay attention to how your relationships and experiences have shaped the ways you understand yourself and connect with others, drawing on my background in developmental psychology to understand your concerns in context. I use evidence-based approaches and build on your strengths, tailoring our work to your needs and goals. I’ll offer support and curiosity while also gently challenging patterns that may be getting in your way, so you can develop greater insight, self-trust, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about what’s been feeling difficult, what you’re hoping for, and what support has or hasn’t felt helpful in the past. You’re welcome to ask questions, and you don’t need to have everything figured out or share more than you’re ready to. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and begin shaping our work together around your needs and goals.
