Great to meet you!
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
I work with individuals who may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that each person brings their own strengths, experiences, and insights into the therapeutic process, and together we work to better understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, any goals you may have, and aspects of your history that feel important to discuss. You’re also welcome to ask questions about my approach and what therapy might look like moving forward. The first session is not about having everything figured out—it’s simply a starting point.
