Great to meet you!

As a person, I understand how important mental wellness is and the effort it takes to maintain it. In 2017, I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in Chicago, IL. Since then, I have worked with individuals and families in a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, health centers, and virtually. My hopes are to assist you and your family in making changes for the better. Let's work together to create realistic goals that you are able to see progress throughout your daily life activities. To end with a quote “Mental health is a continuum, and people may fall anywhere on the spectrum.” – Amy Morin

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide gender affirming care, as well as practice multicultural competence with a client-centered approach, you are the expert of your own life.

What you can expect from our first session

The population I work with range from ages 6 to 64. This includes working on parenting strategies for those children younger than 6. Therapeutic techniques used includes, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also incorporate play-based and art-based therapeutic techniques, making therapy interactive for children and adolescents
