Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you don't have to pretend you have it all together or worry about being judged.

I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, and the stress that comes from feeling like you're constantly falling short of your own expectations. Many of my clients are successful in many areas of life, yet privately struggle with overwhelm, perfectionism, procrastination, or feeling stuck.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I believe lasting change doesn't come from trying harder—it comes from understanding yourself more deeply, learning how your brain and nervous system work, and building tools that fit your life. My hope is that through our work together, you'll not only develop new skills but also begin to trust yourself with greater confidence and compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we'll work together to better understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and develop strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and meaningful for your life.

I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and executive functioning strategies. For clients with ADHD, I also focus on emotional regulation, self-compassion, and creating systems that work with your brain rather than against it.

Our work won't be about striving for perfection or simply trying harder. Together, we'll build self-awareness, strengthen practical skills, and create lasting changes that help you navigate challenges with greater confidence. My goal is for you to leave therapy with a deeper understanding of yourself, effective tools you can use in everyday life, and a stronger sense of self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what's bringing you to therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative space where you feel heard—not judged or pressured to have everything figured out.

We'll talk about what you're experiencing, the challenges you're facing, what's already working, and what you'd like to be different in your life. I'll ask questions to better understand your history, strengths, relationships, and any patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles.

Whether you're seeking support for ADHD, anxiety, burnout, or feeling overwhelmed, we'll begin identifying practical goals and discussing an approach that fits your needs. You don't need to prepare anything or have all the answers. Therapy is a process, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling understood, with greater clarity about what's been getting in your way, and with a sense of hope that meaningful, lasting change is possible.
