Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College. I love working with teens and college-aged individuals who are figuring out who they are and where they’re headed. My experience ranges from preschoolers to adults, and I have a soft spot for neurodivergent children and individuals on the autism spectrum.

My approach to therapy

As a humanitarian and lifelong learner, I draw inspiration from Dr. John Gottman and use ideas from attachment theory, positive psychology, and trauma-informed care. My work is person-centered and strength-based, and I always try to see the best in others. I bring curiosity, empathy, and a sense of openness to every session so we can explore your story together, find insight, and create space for healing, growth, and joy.

What you can expect from me

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe to show up as your whole self and know that you’ll be met with understanding and care. I value diversity, kindness, and authenticity, and I genuinely enjoy learning about what makes each person unique.
