Great to meet you!

My name is Tiara, LCSW, and have been in practice for approximately 7 years. I support adults navigating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and trauma.I take an integrative, personalized approach to treatment.

My approach to therapy

Depending on your needs, I draw from Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR to explore patterns, build emotional insight, and create sustainable change.

I also provide family therapy for clients seeking support around relational and familial conflict

What you can expect from me
