Great to meet you!

My practice was created with this purpose in mind: to support individuals when mental health challenges, chronic stress, or trauma prevent them from living the lives they want to live. I believe life is built upon five core principles: physical health, meaningful relationships, a sense of belonging, economic stability, and creative expression. These foundations form the basis of a holistic therapeutic approach designed to restore balance and promote growth.

My approach to therapy

I bring over 10 years of experience working in social services with children, adolescents, and adults. I am an Army veteran and have been a military spouse for over 20 years, which deeply informs my understanding of stress, transitions, resilience, and military culture. I hold dual master’s degrees in Psychology and Social Work. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

What you can expect from me

Clients often share that they feel heard, supported, and uplifted after our sessions, and that our work together feels practical and doable. I provide clear psychoeducation about your treatment and collaborate with you to develop realistic plans and skills that support meaningful progress. Together, we will build the tools, insight, and motivation needed to move forward with confidence and purpose.
