Great to meet you!

Education:

  • Eastern Michigan University: Bachelors of Science
  • University of Michigan: Masters of Social Work
  • Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the state of Texas.

Originally from Michigan, I moved to Houston in the summer of 2021. I’m a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur and a big fan of all things cozy, like reading, puzzles, and tea.

My approach to therapy

I work with trauma, anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, eating disorders, and life transitions.

My experience spans across behavioral therapy, residential care, and private practice. I draw on the knowledge and skills gained from these diverse settings to offer care tailored to meet your unique needs.

Ultimately, this a person-centered approach, believing that the client-clinician relationship is the best drive for change. We work together and collaborate for your care.

What you can expect from me

Clients and I discuss goals in the intake, and check in with them throughout treatment. My hope is that clients walk away feeling challenged yet affirmed, and are able to grow and rediscover themselves.
