Great to meet you!

I'm a empathetic and compassionate therapist that believes in empowering individuals and couples beyond what social media ideals. I strive to be an example of mental wellness although at times my face may not show it, I strongly believe it. I'm open to helping individuals who are genuine and authentic even if they are not sure what direction they are heading.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy working with clients who are navigating through the challenges that depression, relationship problems, grief, anxiety, and addictions present. I approach each session with a casual, and open-minded approach which allows for the flow of therapy to be organic and less structured feeling.

What you can expect from our first session

It is my goal that you as a client walk away feeling empowered, centered, and motivated. You will also be able to define your goals, relationships, and ambitions with more clarity once the obstacles are worked through.
