Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health clinician with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges and emotional struggles. My professional background includes 10 years working extensively with veterans experiencing PTSD and trauma-related concerns, helping clients navigate healing, resilience, and recovery in a compassionate and supportive environment. I hold a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Marriage & Family Therapy, which allows me to integrate both creative and evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders, and I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges these experiences can create in daily life. I understand that healing is a personal journey, and I strive to provide a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on building insight, developing healthier coping strategies, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we will work to better understand the patterns contributing to distress, strengthen resilience, and build practical tools that support emotional well-being. My goal is to empower you to move forward with greater confidence, self-awareness, and a stronger sense of balance and fulfillment in your life.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. I believe that meaningful growth happens when individuals feel accepted for who they are and have the opportunity to explore their experiences openly, without fear of criticism or judgment.

My goal is to foster a therapeutic environment built on trust, compassion, and collaboration, where you can develop greater self-awareness, build on your strengths, and work through challenges at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will focus on creating meaningful change, strengthening resilience, and helping you move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your goals and values.
