As a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over ten years of experience, I have dedicated myself to providing my clients with the tools they need to meet their individualized goals. Although I have serviced a wide variety of clients, age ranges, and backgrounds, my current modalities focus on treating those living with complex trauma, loss, anxiety, and depression. I look forward to helping you on your journey towards being heard and healed!

Throughout or sessions together, I will empower you to share your challenges, struggles, and aspirations using aspects of Trauma-Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Whether it be processing experiences or taking a more structured approach, I will always ensure you look forward to our our time together while feeling valued and safe.
