Tierra Thorne

Hi, I’m Tierra a licensed therapist based in Pittsburgh, PA. My work is rooted in helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered while navigating life transitions, stress, trauma, relationships, burnout, identity, and overall emotional wellness.

I have experience working with youth, adults, families, and professionals across community mental health, behavioral health leadership, crisis support, and wellness programming. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, collaborative, and centered around creating a safe space for honest conversation, healing, and growth.
