Great to meet you!

Seasons Change and so do I! There is one thing for certain when it comes to who I care to be as a counselor; that is being intentional. I depict my life as “the road less traveled,” resiliently re-writing the scripts of my own life. I have a Bachelors in Social Work and a Masters in Counseling; aspiring to make a difference pouring into others. I have been practicing for 7 years in private practice, behavioral health, and clinics; serving youth and families within foster care nearly 15 years.

My approach to therapy

The approach is providing a mindfulness based stress reduction and artistic therapeutic framework with an aim to aid those I encounter in re-writing the narrative for themselves through a person centered approach. Consistent with CBT and affirmation this will be a client joined with therapist collaboration towards the identified goals.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic take away is to join the client on a journey and help them see the other side to things. Being on a mindfully attuned self-awareness journey, will help one begin to explore what works for them; seeing the Seasons change for themselves. Lifestyle therapy is important as it it offers each person a framework for a way to live despite what obstacles and trauma faced with the take away of getting the Counseling and to Lead the Lifestyle they wish to see and experience.
