Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Tifanie, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with a supervisor designation. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Kent State University and my Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Malone University, along with a post-graduate certificate in Christian Counseling from Liberty University.

Since 2016, I’ve supported individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. I offer telehealth sessions that use a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, blending EMDR with mindfulness, art, music, and movement therapies to meet you where you are.

I believe healing happens best in a safe, flexible space that honors your unique story and pace. For those who want it, I also provide faith-integrated counseling.

When I’m not counseling, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and pets — who occasionally make appearances in sessions! I warmly welcome pets and creativity in therapy and aim to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel truly seen.

If you’re seeking a gentle, supportive guide for your healing journey, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I feel truly privileged to provide a space where others can grow into their authentic selves. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I integrate evidence-based techniques like EMDR with creative tools such as mindfulness, art, music, and movement to support healing in a holistic, personalized way. I also offer faith-integrated counseling for those who want spirituality included in their journey

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, empowered, and more connected to their authentic selves. Together, we’ll work through challenges like trauma, anxiety, or substance use with tools that promote healing, resilience, and self-awareness. My goal is to help you build coping skills, gain clarity, and find empowerment to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and peace.
