Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tifanie!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely understood.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance use concerns. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way of the life you want and build practical tools to help you move forward.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate mindfulness and creative approaches, always tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals. I believe healing isn't one-size-fits-all, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, pets, and the people who matter most to me. I welcome creativity, authenticity, and even the occasional pet appearance during telehealth sessions.

If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with curiosity, compassion, and practical support, I'd be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I work with people who often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in unhealthy patterns, weighed down by past experiences, or exhausted from trying to meet everyone else's needs while neglecting their own.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools to help you move toward the life and relationships you want.

I believe healing looks different for everyone, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. I may incorporate mindfulness, creativity, art, music, movement, and other evidence-based approaches to support growth and healing in a way that feels authentic to you.

For those who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling and can incorporate spirituality into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it's completely okay if you're feeling nervous. Our first session is simply a conversation. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope might be different in your life.

You don't need to have all the right words or share your entire story right away. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My role is to listen, ask questions, and help you feel understood while we explore what support might look like moving forward.

My hope is that you leave our first session feeling a little less alone and confident that you have a safe space to continue your journey.
