Great to meet you!

I’m a real person first, not a blank slate therapist, and I believe healing happens in relationship. I don’t expect you to have the “right” words, to be perfectly self-aware, or to show up as anything other than human. I won’t always get it right, but I will always show up with honesty, care, humor, and a genuine investment in who you are and what matters to you. You do not have to earn safety, belonging, or compassion here.

I’m queer and neurodivergent myself, and I deeply resonate with the creativity, resilience, insight, and complexity that can come with those identities. My work is especially affirming of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent experiences. I pay close attention to the ways systems, relationships, and lived experience shape how we move through the world.

I work with teens (13+) and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, grief, and life transitions. My approach integrates EMDR, somatic and embodied practices, mindfulness, expressive and creative therapies, sand tray, and ritual.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a space where you can come home to your most authentic and liberated self. Together, we slow down and listen to what’s been carried: patterns, protections, and stories shaped over time. I support clients in building self-trust, expanding capacity, and finding ways of relating that feel more aligned, honest, and sustainable.

I believe therapy can be both deep and grounding, and that healing happens not only through insight, but through experience, relationship, creativity, and the body. My approach is relational, communication-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to begin getting to know each other and to explore what’s bringing you in, without pressure to share everything all at once. I want clients to feel able to show up honestly, ask questions, and get a sense of whether the space feels like a good fit.

I believe the spaces we heal in matter. My office is a warm, nontraditional creative space in the West Bottoms, intentionally designed to feel grounding, human, and alive rather than cold or clinical. Therapy with me may include creativity, humor, mindfulness, embodied practices, sand tray, ritual, or simply slowing down enough to listen to what’s actually there.

We’ll spend time talking about your experiences, goals, and what support might look like for you. I also invite feedback and collaboration throughout the process. Therapy works best when it feels like something we build together, not something being done to you.
