Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tiffaney, a Licensed Therapist with over 8 years of experience supporting children, teens, and young adults. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation.

My background as both a school counselor and private practice therapist allows me to meet clients where they are, especially during key developmental and life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with tweens and teens as they build confidence, manage stress, and develop healthy coping skills.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness and practical coping strategies, to help clients manage challenges like anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I tailor each session to the client’s unique needs and goals, with a focus on helping them feel supported, empowered, and equipped with tools for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can begin to share their story at their own pace. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from the process.

I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your background and help us identify initial goals for our work together. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, comfortable, and with a clearer sense of next steps.
