Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience in humanities, social work and mental health, I’ve had the privilege of serving people from all walks of life—each carrying their own stories, strengths and struggles. Clients often describe me as calm, grounding and non-judgmental, and many say sessions with me feel like a safe place to exhale and simply be themselves.

I’m driven by faith, a genuine love for people and an unshakable belief that healing is always possible. I don’t believe in “hopeless” cases—only people who haven’t yet found the right kind of support. If you’re willing to show up and do the work, I’ll be right there with you: steady, present and probably cheering you on with coffee in hand.

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud mom of three, married to my lovely bearded Texan man and though originally from the West Coast, I now happily call Texas home. I live in Keller and serve clients across the state virtually.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity and a holistic, person-centered philosophy that meets you exactly where you are—not where anyone thinks you “should” be.

I work with clients of all ages on everything from managing daily stress and finding balance to navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, major life transitions, identity concerns and relationship challenges—the messy, beautiful, deeply human parts of life.

My goal is always to create a space where healing and hope can take root, one honest conversation at a time.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is all about comfort, clarity, and connection. You can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment.

I’ll ask questions to get to know you—your story, what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to shift or heal. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, identify your priorities and begin shaping a plan that feels supportive and realistic for your life.

My goal for that first meeting is for you to leave feeling understood, grounded and more hopeful about the path ahead.
