Great to meet you!

I am licensed as a professional counselor and behavior specialist. I work full time at a local hospital network as well as private practice. Since graduating with an MA in Counseling, I’ve been working in outpatient for about 9 years. Through that time I have worked with a wide variety of diagnoses. I see adult clients ages 18+.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The specific techniques and interventions I utilize are tailored to each individual client, and my approach is person-centered at its core. Whether you're looking for long-term care or short-term solution-focused therapy, I can help. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal and relationship issues, from adolescents to adults.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a unique experience for everyone, and my goal is to meet you where you’re at on an individual level. Together we will work through your identified needs, in a space rooted in humor, acceptance, and warmth. I'm here to support your growth, healing, and exploration throughout our experience together.
