Great to meet you!

I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and have spent the past nine years providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to diverse populations. Throughout my career, I have worked with children and adolescents, individuals, couples, families, groups, incarcerated populations, and survivors of human trafficking. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care while meeting clients where they are in their healing journey.

My clinical specialties include trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and communication challenges. I believe that every client deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can explore life's difficulties, build resilience, and develop the skills needed to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique strengths, experiences, and goals.

I am passionate about empowering clients to heal from trauma, improve relationships, enhance emotional well-being, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I strive to foster hope, encourage resilience, and support each client in creating a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and any relevant personal, family, or mental health history. You'll have the opportunity to share your goals, ask questions, and talk about what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we'll begin identifying your strengths, explore any challenges you're facing, and discuss a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions, our work will focus on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can begin.
