Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. As a licensed Psychologist, I genuinely believe that prioritizing ones emotional and psychological wellbeing can create long-lasting positive changes in ones mind and body. Whether you are seeking guidance through a new life phase, feeling stuck in a challenging transition, or seeking assistance for an enduring psychological concern, I would like to help you set and accomplish meaningful goals.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach to ensure that the changes made lead to positive and healing changes you are looking for. My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques which I integrate with Narrative Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, and Relational therapies. My areas of interest include working with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking assistance for a variety of concerns.

What you can expect from me

My clinical practice is informed by a desire to provide treatment that is culturally sensitive, acknowledges multiple viewpoints, and recognizes how systemic oppression may silence ones voice and experiences. In a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space I would be honored to explore the patterns in your life, work through any barriers, and move towards healing and overall personal empowerment.
