Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel comfortable, supportive, and genuine. I am passionate about working with college-aged and young adult women who are navigating self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and major life transitions, including motherhood. Many of my clients are carrying a lot internally while still trying to show up for everyone else, and therapy can be a place to slow down and focus on what you need.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and personalized to each client. I draw from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused work. I am also EMDR-trained and working toward full certification.

I have extensive experience supporting clients with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and a wide range of trauma histories; including domestic violence, military combat, generational trauma, substance use, incarceration, and homelessness. Clients sometimes worry that what they want to share will sound “intense”, “confusing”, or “too much,” but I can truly say that nothing you share is too much for this space. My role is to meet you with curiosity, compassion, and zero judgment.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and respected. You can expect to feel comfortable and at ease to share things that maybe you haven't shared with anyone before. I’m excited to work together to build clarity, resilience, and confidence as you move forward.
