Great to meet you!

You are a whole person, not a problem to be fixed. If you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck (whether navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, parenting, or recovery) I’m here to offer a warm, safe space where your story is heard and truly matters. With over 15 years in the field, I help clients move toward feeling more grounded and confident, using practical tools and genuine insight. Let’s work together to help you understand yourself better and create a safe path for your growth. If it helps to know this ahead of time, my openings generally fall on Sunday mornings and in the evenings on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays.

My approach to therapy

Your story matters. My approach is neuro-affirming, strength based, and grounded in CBT, mindfulness, and practical skill building. I go with the flow, meet you where you are, and gently challenge as needed.

What you can expect from me

I know how hard it is to reach out. In our first session, I’ll focus on creating a space that feels safe, inclusive, and respectful of your unique background and identity. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you hope to gain from therapy, and how we can best work together toward those goals.
