Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with racing thoughts, where it seems your brain will not shut off? Negative thoughts? Feelings of hopelessness? A feeling of not being good enough or unworthy? Do you struggle with relationships? Whether it be personal or work-related. Are you unsatisfied with your job, home life, relationship, or yourself in general and want to make changes?

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I help clients work toward overcoming battles of Anxiety, Depression, and related disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a client-centered, solution-focused approach. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the main method of treatment that I use. Client-Centered is a humanistic approach, where you will be in control and I will be more of your guide during our journey. Solution-Focused Therapy, we will focus more on the solutions versus the problems. CBT focuses on changing the way you think, in order to avoid negative emotions, pushing toward changed behavior. I use DBT for distress tolerance coping strategies to regulate emotions.
