Great to meet you!

Clients often share that they feel deeply validated and genuinely heard in our sessions. They describe the experience as one of trust and support, where the therapeutic space is not bound by a checklist of interventions but is instead a welcoming environment for meaningful exploration. I am open to incorporating faith and belief perspectives into our work, honoring the values that shape your journey. Together, we unpack challenges and work toward achieving personal goals with intention and care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, blending Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Psychodynamic techniques to create a flexible, client-centered experience. Drawing on my professional training and lived experience, I support Black women and men in exploring childhood and cultural influences to build insight, address root causes, and foster long-term healing and growth.
